Why group coaching?

When you work with a group in a coaching environment, magic happens. You immediately know that you’re not alone. Though each group member will bring in their own experience and goals, the issues we struggle with are more universal, whether they be critical voices in your head, guilt, shame, lack of trust in yourself, regret, or longing for something different.

Besides that “just like me” feeling, being in a group means you have people to cheer you and connect with. You’ll get to hear what works for others, learn new strategies, and share the journey.

Benefits of group coaching for women:

  • Small group means there’s always time for everyone
  • Affordable
  • Supportive community
  • Different perspectives
  • Accountability
  • Fast results
  • Getting Your Needs Met

Do you know that feeling that life is good,
you're good, and everything is okay?
    You could...

You might think that you don’t have enough discipline or willpower, that you can’t trust yourself, or that nothing will change so you need to leave the relationship, job, etc. It’s not that you’re doing it wrong.

You’ve got six basic needs that you’re always trying to meet, whether you’re clear about the need itself or about how you’re trying to fulfill it.

Maybe you’ve got the goal to:

    • get more sleep,
    • try new hiking trails,
    • write the book,
    • or take the Italian vacation

but there’s something that keeps you from doing the little and the big things.

Like when you scroll on social media for hours instead of doing the thing you really wanted to do. The social media might meet our need for certainty, variety, or connection but keep you from actually seeing people in person, or going to bed, or tempt you to online shop so that vacation money doesn’t ever get saved.

Through this program, you will experience a feeling of accomplishment and contentment that you’ve only imagined. And the greatest gift is that you don’t have to be in a fight with yourself to reach your goals because instead of denying what you want, you’ll get to choose what you want more.

    FAQ

    6 – 10

This allows for plenty of time for each person to share updates and contribute to the group during each session, get new tools, as well as get and give support.

The group meets on Zoom so you can participate from the privacy of your own home or office and log in via phone, tablet, or computer.

Sessions are 60 minutes long, held virtually, and occur 2x per month (bi-weekly) until the program ends. See each group’s schedule for dates and time of meetings.

Everyone in the group (including me as your coach) agrees to a confidentiality policy at the outset of the group.

Yes! If you would like to form your own group of 6 – 10 women you know, book a conversation with me and we can talk about the theme and goals for the group, and get it scheduled.

The magic of group coaching is recognizing yourself amongst the community of women – the combination of realizing you are not alone and that others are just like you. When another member of the group shares something they’re struggling with or how they’ve worked through an issue or found a solution, it can offer inspiration and be a catalyst for others to create change more quickly than they’d ever imagined.

As far as results, the speed of change varies by person and issue. Some of my coaching clients choose group coaching to work on one thing, 1-on-1 for another, or hybrid coaching which combines individual and group coaching.
